I can't believe its been that long and I am still going. I do have some moments when I feel like I am going to have an attack I eat my ginger candy and it goes away. My eating every now and then hasn't been to great but I still haven't had an attack.
When I first found this website I bought the book and the peppermint and the fennel and it has helped alot and I did follow the diet pretty much to the T but now I can eat a little more than I could. I do still know what to watch for but still am going strong.
Its just great I had my family reunion this last weekend and it was nice to be able to eat the food that was provided rather than have to bring my own food to eat. That feels so good.
I guess thats about it for my update just wanted to let everyone know how I am doing. I can't wait for November when I can say I have been attack free for a year. Keep your fingers crossed that it will happen.
Take Care everyone.

Congratulations! I'm glad you were able to enjoy yourself at your family reunion.
I can't wait to hear about your "One Year Attack Free." I'm sure you'll get there!

Congratulations on marking 9 months attack free!!! LOL--9 months! It's a rather auspicious number! When you get to 9 and a half months, you can celebrate your Hugh Grant IBS anniversary!!!
Kate.
