having to see my doctor outside regular check up appts. A year ago I was in the ER with horrible stomach pain.

It feels great to be stable!! Thankyou Heather and everyone else on this board for great advice and support!!!!

Maybe we should ask Heather to come up with stability milestone anniversary pins - 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, 5 years. Seriously.

My symptom's are very mild and maybe last for half a day. I haven't been double over in pain for a year and it feels great.

For those who want to give up on the diet - don't. It does get better!!!
