good morning; YESTERDAY was MY 5OTH birthday and my hubby and sister took me out to dinner. I WAS FEELING really good all day, i THINK THE SOY STEAK i HAD FOR Dinner the night before helped in that way, (more on that later. Anyway, I was feeling really good so I wanted to splurge. I had a half barbeque chicken with fries( I know that is a no-no)but it was a one time thing, with salad. I did eat the salad at the end. I was STUFFED! Something that doesn't happen that often. Oh yes, One glass of wine to toast the day. Bluebeery pie and whipped cream for desert. I felt great after all that. Plenty to drink to settle things down. Felt great all night long. One bm in morning before breakfast after being full all that time and only cereal in morning. All-in-all a really wonderful day!
