No d but still pain

I haven't been having d or c, and have only gone once or twice in a day, but I still pain off & on. More pain than not. It's a pain in my lower abdomen. It's been like this for the past month.
What do you think is wrong with me? I don't think it's gas pains? It's cramping like I have to go but I don't really have to go. Does anyone else have these symptoms? It's really starting to scare me now.

You can get spasms with C so it could be cramps like that.
Were you checked out for all the non-GI stuff like gyno issues?

if it's over a month, i would call the doc...i know it's frusterating to have to do....especially if you have the insurance i do....but why suffer if there may be something they could do....i'm going tomorrow darnit...you do it too!! haha
i don't know what the pains could be, i've been having lower ab pains and lower back pains myself, but with d...so i had enough yesterday...i'm attempting going to the doc again

...and should have been done so before you got a diagnosis as some gyno issues cause very IBS-like symptoms. Go get checked out, okay?

Ditto Ditto Ditto- You expressed the same pain, in the same places as I have. Lower abdomen, Below belly button- NO D, Not really C- go every day once, sometimes 2ce...Feel like I have pressure to poop but usually don't really have to.
