I noticed alot of rice cereals are listed to be safe from trigger foods, but I know dairy is normally a big no no on the list. Is soy milk alright to have with the cereal?

Thanks

I personally have been using Rice Milk just because I wanted to avoid any gas associated with Soy Milk. So if you're new to Soy products take it slow. And I never knew til reading the labels almost all the commercially prepared ones (soy and rice) have oil and added sweetener.

I do find it amusing to have my Puffed Rice Cereal with Rice Milk, but at least I add a banana for fun

I have soy milk with my cereal. As Christy said, if you're new to soy, introduce it slowly. Personally I much prefer it to rice milk b/c I hate the texture/vicocity of rice milk.
