Over the past week I've had some bad attacks of IBS-D. And it is hard for me to find reasons in anything I'm eating. I've been stressed out a bit by it. Also I've not been sleeping well at night, with allergies adding nighttime congestion

....and it so HARD to find a good allergy medicine that won't upset my tummy.

can "post-nasal" drip also aggravate your tummy? ('eww gross)

does anyone else have "bad" periods and feel like they are doing everything wrong? and wonder if this bad "spell" will ever get better and wonder if you'll ever stablize again?

Yep to post nasal drip! And the likelihood id, you are not doing anything wrong and it's just the weather and the allergies and the allergy meds that are the problem. So chin up!

Oh, and Astelin (nasal spray antihistamine) is a miracle cure for allergies and colds. You have to get a prescription for it (at least in the US), but every doc I've talked to loves it as much as I do.

It helps loads to only have the antihistamines going to your nose, and not your tummy.
