Hi, I have recently been diagnosed with IBS and I have way too many questions. I have been reading posts on this site for several days trying to find out as much as I can. I don't believe that I have seen any men posting on here. Is it ok for guys to ask a few questions or is this site just for women?

Nope, you gentlemen are welcome, too.  Actually, there are a number of guys who post fairly regularly. I think it's just that more women than men are affected by IBS.

Welcome to the boards! And by all means, post away! I know it seems like it's only women, but there ARE men who post here, honest... and we're here for support, advice, etc, regardless of gender, anyway.
