I'm curious about this one:
Could you still take souluble fiber only pills/powder in any form to help constipation/excess mucus build up? Or do they all have some sort of gluten/wheat chemical in it? If I can have one of these, is there a popular brand that works better then others?

Thanks!

...in fact I'd think most of them would be. What's the problem?

metamucil, benefiber powder (don't know about caplets yet), are all gluten free. I know because I have tried them all and I called to make sure they were all GF before I tried them.

benefiber chewables are not gluten free. Modified Food Starch is an ingredient. So read all the labels very carefully-I have made the mistake already by reading over too fast and missing the gluten.
