anybody else have nausea w/probiotics?

I have noticed on the days that I take the probiotics, I have been nauseous all day long. Anybody else have this problem? I just started on them. Maybe it is the particular brand I'm taking. Any suggestions for a good brand that works for you? w/o the nausea, please! lol

Yeah they gave me terrible nausea, I had to stop taking them.

Welcome back! Are you still doing the blood type diet? How's it working for you?
Did you have just the nausea from the probiotic or did you have other symptoms like gas and bloat from it? Which one were you on?

Some probiotics are milk-derived. If you are very sensitive to dairy this could be the problem. It is possible to find non-milk probiotics. In the meantime, I like Yogi Tea in Stomach Ease to help me with nausea.

I started taking Natrol Bio Beads about a week ago. I haven't noticed any nausea at all, but I did have painful gas and bloating for the first few days.
