The other night I had Teriyaki chicken and I had an attack pain bloating. (This may sound crazy but I am trying to rule out what I can and cann't eat)So last night I had some left over and I ate the rest and I had no problems I just am not sure why it effected so bad one night and not the other? I am IBS-c has anyone eles had this happen.
Thanks Anita

Did you have a BM between the two eating times? That would make a big difference, I think, if you were C the first time and not the second time.

Also, was their anything at all ELSE that you ate each time? It may not have been the chicken the first time, or maybe you had more soluble fiber WITH the chicken the second time and that made it sit better.

Good luck figuring it out!

Many of us struggle with this. Sometimes I can eat something and then boom - it kills me the next time. It can depend on lots of things, ie. stress, what you ate with it, etc. Teriyaki chicken should be OK - was it really oily? I'm wondering what could have bothered you in that. What else did you eat with and/before? There might be another hidden trigger. Also, eat slowly, chew your food well.
