Does anyone else find Peppermint caps constipating???

Just started the peppermint capsules a few days ago and I'm really constipated. Anyone find this to be true?

Yes, and that is why I take them. I am IBS-D, and even with the IBS diet, sometimes had to take Immodium AD to keep my stomach under control. But since I started taking 2 enteric coated peppermint caps per day, I am slightly on the constipated side. Which, quite frankly, I enjoy and prefer it to having D, and I have not had to take an Immodium in a long time, which usually ended up making me really really C. I love peppermint caps.
