Last week I posted that I had a terrible attack at the Doc's office and spent most of the visit in the restroom. This set me up for so many fears about teaching this week at Vacation Bible School. Well ladies and gentlemen I am here to tell you that it went wonderfully. I did have a little struggle with a darn bladder infection (meds worked that out) but my IBS didn't act up one time!!! I'm sure it was a combination of Hypno CDs, diet, Acacia, and the other suppliments I take. I've gone from D 3 or 4 times in the morning to once a day for the first time in years. I know that things can change according to how careful I am with the diet but I am rejoicing in the relief I am experiencing right now. Thanks for all the advice and support I get around this board.

I'm so glad to hear that you were able to teach at Vacation Bible School without any attacks. Going from 3-4 episodes of D a day to once is fantastic! Sorry about the bladder infection...but it's gone now, right? It sounds like you're doing all the right things and taking good care of yourself! I wish you continued success!
