Help please!! I have been following the diet since March and was doing so much better until two weeks ago. I have developed the horrible bloating that I had before, but lucikly, I haven't had the gas, pain and diarrhea to the same extent.
I can't figure out why my attacks have started again and I am so frustrated. Some days, I look like I am about four months pregnant from bloating. I run five to six days a week, eat healthily, and these attacks really start to depress me. I am taking Heather's acacia and using the peppermint caps. Has anyone else had relapses or have any suggestions to help bloating? Thanks so much!! Beth

Millie, Sorry that you are experiencing a relapse. It is so frustrating to feel like you finally have this under control and then symptoms return. I'm not sure what is causing your relapse. Maybe stress? When did you start the acacia? How much are you taking? Fennel tea is great for bloating! I drink it all day long. It is an acquired taste though. Some people mix fennel with other teas if they really don't like the taste. Hope this helps. Action on the boards will pick up tomorrow and hopefully you will get lots of input.
