Anybody have any luck with Fiberchoice. It is all vegetable fiber-inulin. 4g per serving. I just bought some since the benefiber tablets are not gluten free. Any feedback?
thanks, Mary

It's the only SFS I've been able to take - others just didn't agree with me. And they're so convenient! Just make sure you're NOT getting the sugar-free ones, since artificial sweeteners are an IBS trigger.

thanks. I actually put down the sugar free ones and took the regular with that exact thought in mind. They are very convenient and don't taste that bad.

I had bad luck with them, myself. And Heather said it was the only SFS she couldn't take.
But, as Casey said, she has had good luck with them, as has Kandee, and I think Kree takes them but not sure.
Inulin is tricky. It can be difficult for some of us. Her is a quote from Heather on the supplement page "If you're at all prone to bloating or gas (and many folks with IBS are), please avoid both psyllium and inulin (the main ingredients in Metamucil, Konsyl, Fybogel, and FiberChoice), which can seriously worsen these problems in some people with IBS".
Good luck and let us know how you do with them. Everyone is different and, hopefully, you will have success with them as you get a lot of fiber in just 2 chewables.
