I found something that works! I take miralax but it doesn't add much bulk to my poo-poo, although it helps with the constipation. Well my tummy's been hurtin' a lot lately so I started taking citrucel in addition the the miralax. I didn't see any improvement until one day I got lazy and mixed the two together in the same glass. I'm now pooing so happy, like 1-2 times (mostly 1 time) a day comfortably. Yahoo! It's helped with the pain too!
I imagine it would work with Heather's tummy fiber too.

What type of Citrucel? Regular or Sugar Free? Just one dosage?

P.S. Are you getting more "logs"? I too take Miralax and Zelnorm and having runny poo all the time. I get relief, but I would feel better having more bulk.

It's the regular citrucel cause the "sugar free" kind has fake sugar in it. I stopped taking the zelnorm and feel much better. With this mixture I have had "logs" LOL. But they disintagrate when I flush.
