many sliced white/potato/butter etc. . .breads i see either contain bleached wheat flour or unbleached wheat flour. is there a difference when it comes to IBS? is one better for you than the other? if the bleached or unbleached is irrelivant to any kind of trigger pains, which is better to buy? is honey wheat bread considered wholewheat and is it a trigger?

Bleached and unbleached both refer to white flour - one is just, well, bleached. LOL!

What you want to watch out for is "whole wheat"... so yes, you'll want to avoid the honey wheat for now, if it contains "whole wheat flour" in the ingredients list.
