It has now been 7 months since my last attack and I am still going strong. I even made it through my vacation which included driving in a car for a total of four days and didn't have an attack at all. It is really great to feel so good. I can tell you that this diet works and so does coming to this message board. Everyone is so great and it nice that others who have this can help you out and know what you are going through.
It also helps to read success stories like Caseys and I know that if she can do it then so can I.
Thanks so much Heather for putting this together it has been a god send. I don't think I would be doing this good if I hadn't found this website.

The funny thing is, you've been stable a LOT longer than I have!! I think it's only been a month or so since my last attack! But my attacks have gotten so mild that I almost don't even count them anymore, because they just don't bother me much.
But anyway - congratulations!! You can make it to 8 and beyond!
