Ultra Fiber?

Hi,
I'm IBS-C predominantly and over the past week or so I've started using something called Ultra Fiber to help regulate me. It has been helping with BMs, but not with the bowel spasms. It's a combination of soluble and insoluble fibre, so I'm not sure if I should be looking for something with just soluble fibre in it? I live in Ontario and I've checked health food stores and haven't found Benefiber or Citrucel. Are there any other options? The only ones I've seen are Metamucil and Prodiem, which I've only seen in the powder form and I'd much rather take tablets if possible. I'll give you a list of the ingredients in the Ultra Fiber and maybe someone can tell me if they are similar to Benefiber or not: cellulose (from natural plant sources), oat fiber, apple fiber, psyllium powder, prune powder. It says that 9 tablets contain 6000mg of fiber, but I only take 3 right now. Any help is much appreciated!
