GUYS!! i had the *greatest* day today!! i was babysitting and out-and-about just enjoying the nice weather WITH NO IBS GETTING IN THE WAY for once, i felt like a normal person without worrying every second if something will or wont hurt me. it was great!! and i just wanted to share i hope everyone else is having a good day as well! i think the nice atomsphere encourages good energy in your body that makes you feel great all over! maybe thats why i like going outside so much?? hehe

So glad you had a great day. Maybe it's a sign that more good days are going to come your way!

I was shocked at how great I was feeling the other day! I think the B12 supplements are improving things!

I'm glad you had a reprieve from all this. Did you do anythihg differently today to make this so much better? Eating differently...taking a new supplement? Maybe you should backtrack so that you can do it all the time!

Or, is IBS just something that you can be totally doing the same thing, eating the same thing, taking the same supplements and then out of no where, you get a good day?

I haven't had one in years, so I'm wondering.

Are you still doing the green apple drink or taking the psylium? How's the psylium going for you?

well, today i got out and enjoyed the beautiful day so that automatically made things great! i found this great psyllium capsule that ive been taking for about a week that seems to work nicely w/the acacia its also encouraged me to drink more water [maybe 1.5 liters a day??] and since i was sick, i found these yummy organic-vegan coughdrops that ive been eating alot and it kind of puts off my hunger b/c they're so menthol-y. and also when i tend to want to eat "triggers" [ie:yummy junkfood ] i ask myself if im really hungry for that and that helps w/the bloating which also helps with the gas b/c i dont overeat. ive tried to keep myself busy especially when its nice outside and today and for a few days a week im gonna be babysitting in the morning and then going to work at night, so ill DEF be a *busy bee*!

i only tried the green apple juice once--but i wasnt sure what it was supposed to do! i had a BM--but not like i thought it would be i really liked the taste of the juice though! i never thought to make my own juice!!

i really hope you have some good day coming your way too!!
