When I go to a mexican restaurant, I get chicken fajitas.

Ahhhh! Mexican food. What I miss most! I order grilled chicken or shrimp fajitas, and ask that they be prepared with as little oil as possible. I skip the sour cream and cheese and eat the sauteed peppers, a few onions, and guacamole with it. The flour tortillas should be ok for you, as long as they aren't made with a lot of oil. Some restaurants coat them with oil, so ask to make sure. I really miss the homemade chips, but I've learned to ask for soft flour tortillas instead and dip those in the salsa. Oh, would I die for a big cold frozen margarita!

The rice and black beans should be ok. Be careful of the refried beans because most of them contain a lot of lard.
