I have to share with you what happened at my doctor's office...
I told him that since starting Heather's diet, i've discovered a TON of triggers, and lost 11 pounds(which, if you recall, was nearly IMPOSSIBLE for me in the past, even with daily major workouts and "dieting")and am having hardly any C, and my pain has reduced a lot. He said "Wow! That's amazing!" He was so happy to hear it is going so well. I swear by Heather *I'm not worthy!*
The other thing, is that despite trying hard to avoid my GERD trigs too, it has gotten worse. i take meds when I have HB but otherwoise it creeps up on me at night and givers me nightly asthma attacks. So he is referring me to a specialist and I may be getting surgery to fix it. Either way, I'm seeing s surgeon. All I can say is if this surgery happens and my GERD gets better, making my asthma better, I'll be SOOOO happy.
That's all for now. Just had to share my good news.
