Is lobster out even without the butter and mayo??? I live in ME. How will I survive???? Just kidding. I'm going without lots of other things so guess I'll make it. Can't afford it too often anyway!!! Judy

Lobster should be fine. I actually made a lobster salad last week with FF mayo and I handled it just fine. Thank goodness, because I LOVE it!

I live in Alberta, so we don't get it all that fresh, but it's my FAVORITE food on earth. I eat imitation all the time-tastes awesome to me, and I just nuke it, and put a bit of Becel in with it-it's totally fine for me. I cut back on the big clump of garlic I used to use bec. of the GERD though. Dang.

I LOOOOOVE LOBSTER!

Northernish... I'm in a small town about 70 miles or so north of Bangor (translation: almost the middle of nowhere!). Have you always lived in Maine? I'm a transplanted New Yorker and I absolutely LOVE it here.

We're at opposite ends (almost!) We live in York...since '78...I grew up in Portsmouth, NH so didn't travel far! If you're ever in Portland and want a great cruise of Casco Bay we own Eagle Island Tours at Long Wharf. My husband and son are the Captains and they really give a great narration!

I was just going to do a "search" but you seem very knowledgeable about stuff so....what brand of calcium supplement is safe (AND do I need one? ) Judy
