I remember reading here that the chewables contain Sorbitol which is a laxative? web page

If you check their website for nutrition info, they all contain milk as well as other stuff: Viactiv Nutrition Info

No sorbitol, but, you're right, it does contain milk and butter. So far I haven't eliminated milk because I haven't felt that it has worked as a trigger for me. I haven't had the cramping and diarrhea after milk consumption like I have after the other obvious triggers. I'd like to keep milk in my life, but wonder if I should now try eliminating it to see what happens.

I agree. The calcium D works like a charm. I take immodium if I really have to , but only half a pill and I usually don't have C with such a low dose. I highly recomment the calcium as a daily thing..
