Hey guys. I really need to start eating more veggies. Any safe suggestions? I'm especially looking for easy stuff I can take to work with me for lunches.

I soften up baby carrots by cooking them, then mash them with my potato masher, they are slightly sweet and very good. I've heard peas are fairly safe, gotta get some next grocery day.

I do alot of carrots- The canned kind. I haven't experimented with raw carrots yet though.
I put them ina small glad container and heat them in the microwave at work.
Red beets are another pretty safe one for me.
Have a good weekend!

What works for me are peas, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach....always cooked!

For lunches I'd mainly stick to the SF ones...avocadoes are great in sarnies! And all the SF fruits.

Otherwise, peas and well-cooked zucchini are my safest IF veggies.
