hmm I am trying to think of some suggestions for you I will tell you what I eat, although it may be boring lol.
PC Applesauce cups
rice krispy treats
if i am needing a chocolate fix I eat Nestle Nesquick cocoa
cereal
fruit snacks
fruit to go bars
jennies coconut macaroons (sweet fix lol but lactose, gluten and preservative free)
baked lays
tortilla chips
chef woo instant noodles (baked, fast to make, no msg) but I don't use the veggie seasoning packet only the boullion.
