green tea with mint

Just wanted to share with all of you, Lipton makes a green tea with mint, and it is wonderful!! I have a cup every night, it takes away any pain, it quiets my insides, and makes me feel relaxed and sleep well, then the next morning I have much more energy!! Please try it and see!! (other cos make the same combination, and they are pretty much the same!!

green tea has caffeine. It's only decaf if they put it through a decaf process. I think the Lipton Green Tea with Mint has caffeine.

There are 20mg of caffeine per serving in Lipton's Green Tea with Mint - I just checked their web site.
I thought I read somewhere that Green Tea is not ok for us IBSers?

Celestial Seasonings makes a decaf green tea with mint. Very yummy. The mint flavor really predominates.
