makes President's choice Vanilla Rooibos tea, and it's phenomenal, and cheap. there's a Zebra on the box. Same thing, rooibos is redbush.Very yummy,. totally decaf. And dark, that's the best part.

Starbucks Soy chai..hmmm....I did ask if they had decaf and they said they had the tea bags but not the containers they use. She said there is a very small amount of caffeine in the drink so I got it. Caffeine doesn't bother me that much, it's more the milk products that do. It is yummy and just as good as the coffee I really like. Next I try Soy coffee for those days when tea just won't cut it!

Doesn't Silk creamer have lots of oil/fat added to it?

The Tazo chai lattes there, as long as they're made with soy don't bother me, bec. there's not that much caffeine in there at all.

I thought the same thing a long time ago. Shanna had it and never had a problem with it, so I decided to try it. It is high fat (50%) if you drink it straight from the container. But, I have a little in my tea with a safe meal, so it's not a problem. It's the same as if you use a little olive oil in your meal - and that's 100% fat.

Hope that makes sense!
