I am still going strong and feel great. The only thing that I have problems with is gas but that is something that is pretty normal for this. But I am so happy that I have been doing so good. I still think the Zelnorm has a lot to do with it. This website has also been a god send. I love everyone here and I have gotten so much advice and help from everyone here. Well on to month 7 I hope I make it. I will be going on vacation during this time so wish me luck that I stick with it and don't have an attack while I am gone. I am new here and to IBS so your post was encouraging. I will be excited to hear how vacation goes. I am getting married in July and following that up with an 8 day honeymoon. I am so nervous about traveling with IBS.
