I think you are right. When our energy is being depleted so fast we go for the quick fix. I'm doing better. I'm back to no red meat and my sugar consumption is back to normal. I have a little over a week of school left so I'm really focused on papers, homework, and finals. Once I get through that I can worry about the rest.

That is tough! That would break me for sure! I have started ordering the fish every time we go out. Restaurants do a fantastic job on cooking fish here in Europe(much better than I can at home). My family thinks I'm nuts, but they also understand. I actually prefer a nice fish steak over a beef steak now.
