Good morning everyone!
Question----Saturday night I experimented and had about 4 pieces of salad (Olive Garden, yesterday I had a little more at hime, maybe about 6 or 7 pieces with Lite dressing.
This morning I had my normal BM, then about an hour later I went again, then I just went again. It isn't loose and watery or anything like that (sorry for the details), it is formed. Does this sound normal??? I am assuming it is the salad doing it's thing...Ohh and I am diagnosed C.
Thanks in adavnce for anyones input... Just like to make sure things are "normal".

Sounds like you're an A, actually!

It would seem that the lettuce has speeded up your GI tract quite a bit. Go careful with it....and you ARE having it after a good SF base, yeah?

Yes I definately made sure I had it with a SF base.
I will be careful with the lettuce for a couple days. Like I said, I only had a couple pieces as I haven't had it in soooo long I wasn't quite sure how it was going to affect me. It is so weird how it affects us a day or two later.
It's good to kind of get that "clean out" but I get scared sometimes.. I think something else is wrong.
Thanks Linz for the reassurance.

Salads are one of the LAST things I added back to my diet. I just am really sensitive to them. They seemed to come out "the other end" totally undigested. Try adding it back in later when you're feeling better. Till then, avoid them.
