When you guys use the word "stable" are you speaking in a long-term sense, as in you're not having D every time you eat, or more of a day to day sense, like when you're not stable in the morning, but you are in the evening?

I use it in the long-term sense. I consider myself basically stable, even though I still have occasional D attacks here and there. Some people, I think, consider "stable" to mean completely symptom-free, but I have a feeling I'd be waiting the rest of my life to fit THAT tight of a definition.

That's my definition also. I couldn't have said it better.

Yeah I only rarely get proper attacks and don't have symptoms that affect my life...but I do get some sometimes.
