Tried acacia, benefiber and citrucel..... and found that I was having the most success with the citrucel. Now after a few months, I am finding that it is not working anymore as far as helping me go to the bathroom.... I am IBS-C.... I am up to 1 1/2 tbsp twice a day....and it is pretty filling. Any ideas?

You know, times like that, you just want to eat anything that can make you poo... in fact, I know I almost crave diarrhea when I'm that "bunged up"!!
I'm doing alright with Metamucil, but I know the Zelnorm is working wonders too. Are you being careful and throwing in enough IF?

tlak to your doc, maybe, and maybe do a suppository to get it running before you toxify!!

And yes, the D is diarrhea. I get it every couple weeks for a few days, and it clears my system out, and I feel great again. Of course, having it where it's pure liquid for more than one day is awful!!

Sorry, I should have put a graemlin wink face there. I write very sarcasticaly.

And bunged up means constipated.

Ok, that's what I thoght each of these meant. That word "bunged up" is much cuter than what I say, which is "all backed up". I'm switching to your language!
