There are lots of great recipes in Eating for IBS as well as the Recipe Exchange Board for incorporating fruits & veggies into your diet. One of the safest ways for fruits is to make smoothies. You can also make lots of safe snack breads to get some fruit in.

My favorite way to eat beans is the smokey black bean dip from Eating for IBS. It is so yummy!

For veggies, blend into soups with rice or pasta sauces.

Also, I don't know how long it's been since you've had fruits, veggies, or beans, but you may want to try using beano if you need to readjust, especially with the beans.

Good luck!
