I'm now starting to get back to them. Someone suggested to me to try some colon cleansers or detoxifiers for getting over the initial hump. I have been wanting to try them, but I know most have ingredients that are too harsh. Could anyone recommend any that are not harsh or harmful to us IBS sufferers? Any advice is appreciated.
