I keep seeing ads on the net for fiber cookies. Has anyone tried them? I just can't glug down thick powders, and fiber caps don't do well for me.

Have you tried acacia? yOu can get it right on this website. It literally dissolves into nothing in water and is not thick and is completely tasteless. I promise. It's also coming in a capsule form soon, too.

I've done the wafers and had LOTS of gas....butt that was just me. Give the Acacia a try....

I personally take the Citrucel Pills (3 pills 3 times a day) and LOTS of water.

I haven't. I had a very, very bad experience with Benefiber. They have Equilactin at the local drugstore, but I haven't tried it yet, either. I'm chicken!

Have you tried a no grit, no texture, no taste SFS. I use Benefiber powder form and I mix in tea and I can't taste it, it has no texture, and no smell. But you have to make sure you mix it in real well. Never tried the cookies.

they have alot of stuff for ibs and any kind of digestive disorder it seems. that same company even came out with an organic fiber bar that has 14 grams of fiber per bar!! its insane b/c its absolutely perfect for eating its organic, vegan, kosher, non-GMO, non-dairy, no wheat or soy, its cold pressed and theres no added sugar OR presservatives!! but its new still and not too many stores have it [i found an ad for it @ whole foods but you can order online here @ discount vitamins
heres some nutritional info about the bars theres 4 flavors: chocolate, apple, lemon and cranberry~im gonna pick some up soon too. have fun!

I've tried the metamucil wafers. They seemed to work for me. They're actually pretty yummy too.
