I just can't glug down thick powders, and fiber caps don't do well for me. Give the Acacia a try.... I had a very,very bad experience with Benefiber. They have Equilactin at the local drugstore, but I haven't tried it yet, either. I'm chicken! I use Benefiber powder form and I mix in tea and I can't taste it, it has no texture, and no smell. But you have to make sure you mix it in real well. Never tried the cookies.
