I JUST BEGAN THE DIET THIS WEEK. I AM A "c" AND WAITING FOR THE DIET TO KICK IN IF YOU GET MY DRIFT....
ANYWAY, TWO QUESTIONS:
HEATHER SAYS IT IS SAFE TO EAT PASTA, EXCEPT EGG NOODLES. MAKES SENSE. HOWEVER, WHEN IT READ THE LABLES OF PASTA
I BUY IN THE STORE, ORGANIC OR NOT.. IT SAYS THE FIRST
INGREDIENT IS: DURUM WHEAT SEMONILA. SO IS IT STILL OK TO EAT IF THEIR IS WHEAT INVOLVED?
WHAT ABOUT SPELT PASTA PRODUCTS? OK OR NOT...
SECOND QUESTION:
FOR ALL YOU VEGETARIANS OUT THERE: IS NUTRITIONAL YEAST OK FOR US IBS PEOPLE TO EAT? IT SAYS IT HAS 4 GRAMS OF DIETERY
FIBER, BUT DOESN'T SAY WHICH SOLUABLE OR NOT...
ANY INSIGHT TO THESE QUESTIONS, I WILL APPRECIATE.

Wheat is fine...it's WHOLEwheat that is high in IF. Not sure about spelt pasta. Yeast is fine.

Nutritional Yeast is fine. I have never had any problems with it.
