Hi everyone! I have been reading the boards for about a month and have posted a couple of times, but I wanted to actually say hello and thank you. I have learned so much just by reading people's posts. So far all my questions have been answered before I even asked them. And I have discovered Luna Bars. I am 27 and have had IBS since I was 13. I thought I was just lactose intolerant for a long time and haven't really eaten dairy since I was 15. My IBS got worse during law school (I am sure you are all surprised) and worse again during my parents divorce (what a mess that was). Thanks to Heather's book and this site and the boards, I am doing much better. Oh, I am mostly D but my meds, nulev, are making me a bit C -- definitely a new phenomenon for me. Last December was particularly bad, my attacks were more frequent and I was having panic attacks. I did the hypnosis CD, which helped the panic attacks completely. Sorry this is so long. Just wanted to say hi and with the weekend/week we've had on the boards just wanted to let you all know that your questions and responses are GREATLY appreciated.

I had the same thing, disgnosed as lactose intolerant till 29 years old. You know, once you start to restrict the junk that goes in your boddy, you really do feel better, don't you? It's a great website and a great diet!
