I am very afraid of these creams or pill at my age. Is there a natural ibs subsitute that I can order that will ease this hormonal change they are seeking? I don't know if they have really been able to determine if you are really able to absorb enough through the skin or if our bodies are really even able to convert soy to estrogen..
