Have you read though all the diet guidelines? You need to read those BEFORE you start posting really...the info's all there!
Anyway... Corn muffin & Blueberry muffin - depends! Assuming you're buying these, you'd have to check the ingredients for dairy and HFCS, as well as checking the fat content. I'm not sure what goes in a corn muffin???
Soy Milk is fine, but if you are new to eating soy, then you should increase your intake slowly to allow your bod to adjust (I think it needs different enzymes or something).
Lactose Free Milk is not safe. Casein and whey are also IBS triggers.
Dark meat Chicken...stay away from it for now. Some people are okay with small amounts, but you won't be able to tell if this is you until you're stable.
I think Heather and others do just do SF foods ONLY...but it's for a max of 3 days remember! I didn't want to give up protein either and ate safe protein and did fine.

I've been having bloating after having bagels, but these have been bagels at the cafeteria, which are cheaper. Would cheaper bagles be more likely to have dairy in it?
What about Au Bon Pain or a fresh bakery, they don't list the ingredients, but are Bagel Cinamon Bagel Seasome Bagel Crossiant Can I eat these.
What about Buffalo flavored chicken Barbeque chicken Barbeue Turkey Burger Burrito with chicken
I would be having these at restaraunts, are they good and safe foods to consume.

cucumbers/pickles KILL my tummy. Major gas, bloating...the works. BUT everyone's tummy is different.
Look for waffles at the HFS (health food store). READ labels. If there is ANY dairy, skip it. Same with pancakes. AND if the fat content is high...stay away. Oh, and make sure no HFS as well (I know, a LOT to remember. You WILL get the hang of it and will come naturally over time).
Ground turkey often upsets my tummy. BUT everyone is different and most folks can tolerate it (just pointing this out so you see how different we all are!)
Veggie soups that are pureed are fantastic! Imagine Soups (make sure no dairy) are super and safe!

The bagels should be fine. Just make sure they're white bagels, not wholemeal or whole wheat. If you're buying them from a bakery or the student caf, the easiest thing to do is ask. The person serving you could go ask someone or check the label of whatever the bread is that's being served. Even the cafeteria food will have labels so someone should be able to tell you. If they ask why, just say you have food intoelerances and it's very important you don't eat certain foods. This also goes for restaurants, most wait staff and chef's are happy to make sure you don't have anything you shouldn't as long as you're clear on what you can't have. The chicken should also be fine, but not if you're still in the first stages. And be sure you don't eat the skin! Also be careful of what's on the burrito. If it has capsicum (I believe you call these peppers) then ask for one without. I'm not really sure what else is on burritos so not much help with that one.

They'll have the ingredients somewhere.
Croissants are never okay as they're always made with butter.
Chicken sounds okay, but no skin and make sure the sauce isn't too fatty. Turkey burger - ask if it contains dairy. Burritos - the veggies will be mainly IF and it could be high in fat.
You have to put some effort in finding/making foods with IBS. If you don't, you'll never beat it.

Yep, if it's white bread, contains no dairy and no HFCS it should be fine for IBS...but have you been checked out for celiac and gluten/wheat intolerances?

about what ingredients are allowed and which are not. The nonfat milk solids are obviously a no go! Again , no dairy is allowed on this diet.
You would not have to list every single food item you eat or would like to eat if you would just take the time to read Heathers guidelines on what ingredients to look for and to stay away from in products.
