I keep hearing about people saying they need their stomach to stabilize what excatly does this mean?
As of now, my stomach feels bloated, but the degree to which it is bloated changes by the hour, further when I eat this can cause my stomach to steadily rise in how bloated it is.
Does this indicate my stomach is not stable and how will I know when it is, would this be when I can have consistancy in stomach shape.

It's when you stop having symptoms on a daily basis and very few attacks of C, D or pain. Sadly I'm not stable at all.

How long does it take? Can you eat dairy free cheese while you are not this.

2 or 3 days of the what to eat when you can't eat anything diet found in those fact sheets I recommended in the rice krispy treats thread, then when you start to feel a bit better start adding in some other stuff from the recipie section, but do this slowly (like one or 2 new foods at a time) and note down anything you eat that makes you feel worse. That way you'll know what you shouldn't eat. Then you can start looking at soy cheeses and stuff, just be careful, a lot of them still contain dairy. The what to eat when you can't eat anything diet is pretty boring but it's only for a few days then you can start having some taste back What to eat when you can't eat anything link.
