Hi everyone.Well I guess I posted in the "living room" & thats not the correct message board. I'm new to this,sorry. Anyways I wanted to say Hi & tell you all that this website has been extremely helpful. I have IBS-"C" a really big "C". but lately I've followed Heathers book,& found some wonderful chewable, otc pills made for IBS by "Ganeden Biotech". The combo seems to really make me feel a bit more normal. My kids are on spring break & we went to Knotts Berry Farm, I was dreading it, but I ate the right things & took my pills & we had a blast! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!! Heathers book pinpoints triggers & things that I would never had guessed trigger attacks, or make them worse. When I read the book, it was as if I had written it myself. Finally I found something that really helps. I am so tired of hearing "eat more fiber". duh, like I havent done that before!  Well anyone that reads this take care & good luck!
