fruit ice pops?

I do, very often, as long as there's no bad sugar substitutes or dairy.

If you're not stable yet, the fruit choice might make a difference... you can stick with something like mango or peach that would be less troublesome overall, and leave more difficult ones like pineapple or strawberry for when you're better able to handle insolubles with no problems.

Mmm, now you got me thinking about the FrozFruit bars I used to get as a kid. The pina colada one ruled! I might have to try to find those again...

I do all the time! I get them from whole foods and my bf and I love them! My favorite is strawberry, but lime and cherry are also tasty.
