Special corn-free marshmallows made only for Passover. While they look, taste, & feel EXACTLY like the regular ones, they are processed with potato starch & fish (instead of bovine) gelatin. Stock up before they are gone for another year! Kosher.
INGRED: sugar, potato starch, kosher fish gelatin, tapioca starch, flavors, egg whites
IS FISH GELETIN OK? IS POTATO STARCH OK??

Don't know about the fish gelatin, but potato starch should be fine. I'm assuming you're on Heather's diet and eat potatoes all the time without a problem? If you do then potato starch is perfectly fine. Umm, I can't imagine the fish would have too much weird stuff in it, so I'd give them a go. At least they don't have corn! Let us know what they taste like!
