You know I do sometimes get gas really bad and I take Beano and it seems to help. The foggyheadness I really don't get that. I haven't gotten the gas thing to much thank goodness. I do hope that goes away for you. But yes it is nice to have an appetite back. It also nice not the have that feeling of consitapation all the time also.

oh i know!its the wrost feeling!!ive been C for 3 years probaly longer its gotten alot wrose over 7 months or so..thank god for zelnorm!!!how long did it take for the full effect to kick in?

I think it took like a week or two to take effect. I think I have been on it for over two months now. I am not sure how much longer my nurse practitioner is going to keep me on it. As far as I am concerened I would love to stay on it all the time. I am afraid of going off of it and then the symptoms coming back. I have been dealing with IBS since 2002 and it was just within this last year that I have finally gotten it under control.
