I chose Tuscan tomato bread salad from Heather's book. I got some really fantastic rosemary crusty bread from this wonderful organic bakery. This dish is so beautiful and unusual when put together; everyone was very impressed. All the macaroni salads swimming in mayo looked quite pale and ordinary by comparison!
