Pages: 1 soluble (and insoluble) fiber food index?       #166611 - 04/03/05 01:38 PM Edit Reply Quote tmc Reged: 03/07/05 Posts: 16 Does anyone know of a food index that lists the amounts (by gram, perhaps?) of the soluble and insoluble fiber in various foods? Looking at the dietary fiber content on food packaging is confusing, as Linz has explained, because it does not indicate if this is IF or SF.
