As I mentioned in another post I stopped at a HFS today and bought a couple new things to try. I saw these capsules and want to know what you guys think of them:

my two major problems right now are gas and bloating so I am trying to find anything that helps. Fennel tea has been okay for me and these have 150mg of Fennel Seed in them.

I would appreciate any feedback, good or bad

It's just digestive enzymes and fennel. How expenive were they? You might be able to get an all-round unbranded digestive enzyme mix that might be cheaper.

Btw, have you tried Heather's peppermint caps? They actually contain fennel and ginger as well (she really needs to rename them ).

No I haven't tried peppermint at all, tea or caps because of GERD don't want to irritate that at all
have just been sticking with fennel

I haven't tried them personally, but they could be helpful. And if you find they work for you, you might be able to find digestive enzymes and fennel separately for less, but you can cross that bridge when you get to it. Let us know how they work for you!

They don't dissolve in the stomach, so they shouldn't irritate GERD. Check out Heather's info on them, they work pretty well!
