I am not as sensitive to the major triggers as many. For example, I can get away with fast food, dairy, soft drinks, red meat, etc. without too much trouble. But, one thing that I've found is that Boca Burgers ALWAYS give me D. I've tried different varieties and I always have severe problems. Other brands of soy meats are okay with me, though.

Wow! You are VERY fortunate! Actually, these were Morningstar Farms, but the way I feel right now, I'm STILL going to stay away from them. Besides, they are really dry tasting.
