I have found a blackcurrant tea which I like very much but am wondering if it is a trigger or an irritant to my already irritated digestive system. (I am ibs.d)
Any one know?

...but as far as I know it has no particularly helpful properties for IBS...only in helping you drink enough water. I drink raspberry tea sometimes, but stick to chamomile/fennel (I can't have peppermint) if I'm feeling a bit dodgy to get the good effects of them.

Just check to make sure there is no real tea in it. (Make sure it's herbal, or a tisane if you want to get all official. ) Anyway, I've run into some teas that sound herbal by name, but are really flavored regular tea. And, regular tea can be be a trigger with the caffeine and/or tannins.
