So you like the Soy Dream? I haven't tried it yet-but if you say it's good, I will. I've had the Rice Dream-but it tastes so bad, I may as well eat nothing at all!

Oooh yeah those are good. Have you tried the rice dream versions? They have this vanilla rice dream on a stick thing all covered in carob...mmmmm I always feel so guilty when I'm eating something like that, like I'm cheating - but I'm not!

(Heh, I totally wrote "cravey" in that last post... I could edit it but it's just too funny... lol)

Marshmallows! And chocolate soy milk. You can even have them together- heat the chocolate soy milk and then let the marshmallows melt on top! mmmmm!

I can "cheat" with desserts as long as I have a safe dinner, so I have gotten away with an odd slice of cheesecake or chocolate dessert and even icecream once.

I am afraid to get back into a lot of my comfort foods I used to love though, just in case I pile back on the pounds. I love a heary chicken casserole and some mashed potatoes as a savoury comfort food. For sweet treats i love haribo jelly sweeties mmmm and Luna bars (especially Nutz over Chocolate and Smores)

I really like the French Vanilla and the strawberry flavors. I think Soy Dream tastes better than Rice Dream.

Soy Delicious Purely Decadent frozen desserts are probably the best tasting (especially the Peanut Butter Zig Zag), but these are a little higher in fat and contain carageenan (which can be a trigger for some people). You can check out Soy Delicious flavors here.

I think that stands for Anti-Depressant Brownies. I haven't tried it, but it sounds good! Here's a link to the recipe.

Mmmm. It's rainy out, and I could use a nice mug of hot chocolate soy milk and marshmallows right now! I hadn't thought of heating up the chocolate soy milk...I haven't had hot chocolate in years. Is there a particular brand that you prefer? I've been drinking 8th Continent.

Thanks for replying!

Okay, now I really need some chocolate! I think the choc soy pudding with gingersnaps is GENIUS! Sounds sooo delicious.

It works SO well - but I've got Gerd so have had to stop all ginger (and peppermint) - what a shame!
